Troubleshooting Connection Issues

"Invalid credentials"

Make sure you're using your trading platform password (investor password for MT5), not your broker website password. These are often different.

"Server not found"

Search for your broker name in the server dropdown. If not listed, try entering the server address manually (found in your broker's email or MT5 → File → Connect to Server).

"No new trades syncing"

  • Auto-sync runs once per day (around your configured time)
  • Click "Sync Now" to trigger immediately
  • Check that you have new closed trades since the last sync

Still not working?

Try disconnecting and reconnecting: Account Manager → click the sync account → Disconnect → Re-connect with fresh credentials.
