Link your cTrader account to SureInsight and we'll automatically import your trades every 12 hours. Your credentials are entered on cTrader's own website — SureInsight never sees your password.
Navigate to Add Account from the sidebar. Select cTrader as your platform, then choose Auto-sync.
Click "Log in to cTrader". A popup opens to cTrader's official login page. Enter your cTrader ID (email) and password.
After logging in, select the account(s) you want SureInsight to access and click "Allow access". We can only read your trade history — we cannot place trades.
The popup closes and your cTrader accounts appear. Select the one to sync. You'll see whether it's Live or Demo.
Name your account and click "Create Account & Sync Trades". SureInsight imports your last 90 days and syncs every 12 hours.
Security: Your password is entered on cTrader's own website. We receive a read-only token only. You can revoke access from your cTrader ID settings anytime.
