Broker Sync Connection Issues

"Invalid credentials"

Make sure you're using your trading platform password, not your broker website password. These are often different.

"Server not found"

Search for your broker name in the server dropdown. If it's not listed, try the manual server entry option.

"No new trades syncing"

  • Auto-sync runs once per day (around your configured time)
  • Click "Sync Now" to trigger a manual sync
  • Check that you have open/closed trades since the last sync

Still not working?

Try disconnecting and reconnecting: go to Account Manager → click the sync account → Disconnect → Re-connect with fresh credentials.
