"No trades found in file"

  • Make sure you selected the correct date format (MM/DD/YYYY vs DD/MM/YYYY)
  • Check the file isn't empty — open it in a text editor to verify
  • For MT5: make sure you saved as "Detailed Report", not "Open XML"

"0 new trades (all duplicates)"

These trades have already been imported. SureInsight detects duplicates by matching symbol, entry time, and P&L.

"Unrecognized file format"

The file format wasn't auto-detected. Try re-exporting from your platform. If it's a CSV, our universal column mapper will appear — just map the columns manually.
